Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department has issued a ruling in favour of Al Madina against N&H Company and Hassan Tatanaki.

Al Madina, which is listed on both Boursa Kuwait and Dubai Financial Market, will be paid AED 99.01 million ($26.95 million) as a result of this ruling, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.

The Kuwaiti company will go on with legal procedures to collect the money, the statement said, noting that the financial impact from this court ruling will be disclosed in the near future.
